Description

The book "Caucasus Travelogue; Georgia & Armenia" written by Dr.  Seyed Amir Mansouri, Associate Professor of the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Tehran, and Engineer Mohammad Jamshidian, was published in 2019 by Nazar Research Institute of Art, Architecture and Urban Planning. The book is the result of the Nazar Research Institute's exploratory trip to the South Caucasus in Georgia and Armenia. The Caucasus is a region on the border of Asia and Europe, between the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea, where the Caucasus Mountains are located, and is politically divided into two parts: the South Caucasus includes the countries of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and small parts of northwestern Iran and northeastern Turkey. However, the North Caucasus is part of Russia and includes autonomous republics. This travelogue in the South Caucasus explores the cities of Georgia and Armenia. Like an exciting novel, it draws the reader in every direction and shows the world of the cities visited. This travelogue is not just a description of the face, but also a description of the present. Its characteristic is a collective narrative. A collective reading of young specialists who have understood the landscape and the journey has been made with their company
