The book "The Architectural Design Process: An Interactive Approach to Design Thinking", authored by Dr. Amir Saeid Mahmoodi, Associate Professor at the School of Architecture, College of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, and Dr. Mahyar Bastani, Assistant Professor at Islamic Azad University, has been published by the University of Tehran Press.
This book reviews the literature on design research and the design process, aiming to introduce the foundational principles for developing the theory of interactive thinking and the interactive process in architectural design. The first author, drawing upon his teaching experiences at various educational levels in the School of Architecture at the University of Tehran, collaborated with the second author to compile a practical resource based on his 30 years of experience in architectural education. This book serves as a valuable reference for students and educators in the field.
